A store-level audit report for eBay sellers. Connects to an existing store or accepts a CSV export, then surfaces underpriced items, stale inventory, category performance gaps, and brand velocity signals — all benchmarked against current market data.
A reseller connects their eBay store or uploads a CSV export of active listings. The engine runs each item through the Reseller Intelligence API — pulling 90-day sold comp data, condition-adjusted pricing, sell-through rate, and price trend. The output is a structured report with a clear action list at the top: items priced below market median, items with low sell-through rates that have been sitting past their natural window, categories outperforming or underperforming relative to the broader market, and brands showing rising or falling velocity.
The report is designed to answer one question: where is this store leaving money on the table? It is priced as a one-time purchase per report — no subscription required — and can be run again at any time as inventory changes.
Most eBay sellers have no systematic way to audit their active inventory against current market conditions. Prices set weeks or months ago may no longer reflect what the market will bear. Items that were correctly priced at listing may have drifted into dead weight as demand shifted. Without a diagnostic layer, these gaps compound silently.
The Inventory Diagnostics Engine surfaces these gaps in a single report, giving sellers an actionable picture of their store's current health without requiring ongoing subscriptions or workflow changes.
Report generation pipeline built on the same infrastructure as the Reseller Intelligence API. eBay CSV export ingestion handles the standard Seller Hub export format. Each line item is matched against the comp data layer — title normalization handles the gap between eBay listing titles and the keyword queries that return reliable comp results.
Output is a structured PDF report with an executive summary, action-prioritized item tables, category performance breakdown, and brand velocity signals. The pipeline is designed to support direct eBay store connection via the eBay API once Developer Program access is established, replacing the CSV upload step entirely.
